Dr. Erica Peavy is Chief Transformation Officer at The Everett Clinic which serves more than 350,000 patients in Snohomish and King Counties. She joined The Everett Clinic in 1989. Dr. Peavy was an OB/GYN with a large practice before assuming an administrative role at the Clinic. Her leadership positions have been diverse, serving as the Associate Medical Director of Physician Affairs, Associate Medical Director of Operations, and Surgery Section Chair until she was promoted to Medical Director in 2010. Dr. Peavy heads the Clinic’s Quality Improvement department and also oversees physician recruitment, physician affairs, and satellite medical staff operations. Additionally, she is responsible for transforming the Clinic’s care model to make it high quality and more affordable and convenient for our patients.
Dr. Peavy is a Board Certified Physician Executive (ACPE) and a retired Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed her medical degree and residency training at the University of Washington after attending Boise State University where she earned a degree in Chemistry.
Dr. Peavy currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Sentinel Assurance Risk Retention Group and is an active member of the American Medical Group Association and the American College of Physician Executives. She previously served as a member of The Everett Clinic Board of Directors, a position to which she was elected by her physician peers.
